Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.
Domestic Shipping Options
- Standard Ground (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $150. Otherwise, flat rate of $9.95.
- Expedited (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Next Day Air: Available for most zip codes if ordered before 1:00 PM EST.
Please note that heavy freight items (like large conduit pipes or heavy distribution boards) may require specialized LTL shipping and additional transit time.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Cut wire, custom assemblies, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to large bulk orders returned without defect.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal or contact our customer service team at support@voltcore.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid RMA shipping label.
Damaged in Transit?
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging materials for the claim process, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
